La Primavera in the context of San Agustín refers to two primary entities: a renowned specialty coffee farm in Colombia and a specific neighborhood/shopping area in Culiacán, Mexico.

Arnulfo became a global legend in the coffee world in 2011 when he won the Cup of Excellence (the "Oscars" of coffee). His victory put San Agustín on the map for high-end specialty roasters. He manages the farm alongside his family, focusing on extremely small, high-quality "micro-lots.

Arnulfo is often called 'Champ' or the 'mustache known 'round the world' because of his recognizable mustache and his triumph at the COE (Cup of Excellence). This victory changed his family's economy forever: with the money he earned, he was able to buy a second farm, a new truck, and pay off all the family debts.

Experimental Processing: Arnulfo is famous for Long Fermentation (up to 90 hours in cherry) and Rhum Barrel Aging, where green beans are aged in oak barrels previously used for Colombian rum to soak up spirituous, oaky notes.
