Finca San Ramón is a Nicaraguan coffee producer with a family tradition dating back to 1896. The farm is located in the northern mountains of Jinotega, a region known as the "coffee capital" of Nicaragua. They specialize in growing Arabica coffee, with varieties including Caturra, Bourbon, Catuaí, Parainema, Maragogipe, and Java.
Finca San Ramón maintains a respectful relationship with nature, with approximately 50% of the coffee-growing area designated as protected forest, rivers, and waterholes. Coffee is grown using natural shade, which helps create the micro-climates necessary for a good harvest.
The farm highlights its strong bond with its employees, providing land for some workers to grow their own products.
