Processing: Primarily Washed, which highlights the bean's natural acidity and provides a clean finish.
The Producer
The coffee comes from the Kobakanya cooperative, a small group of farmers working with Baho Coffee (led by Emmanuel Rusatira). Their partnership focuses on high-precision processing and ensuring farmers receive fair premiums for their top-tier cherries.
