Limu is a legendary southwestern region of Ethiopia, known for its dense tropical forests and ancient coffee-growing traditions. The trees grow at altitudes of 1500–1900 meters in fertile soils under natural shade. Local farmers harvest from semi-wild trees, carefully preserving the genetic diversity of the region and the forest ecosystem.

The unique feature of this lot is the cultivation of the 74110 variety, bred by the JARC (Jimma Agricultural Research Center) for its outstanding flavor characteristics and disease resistance. The classic Fully Washed method was chosen for processing: after depulping, the beans undergo fermentation in water, thorough washing, and slow drying on raised African beds. This gives the coffee crystal clarity, a delicate profile with pronounced floral-citrus sweetness, and a tea-like body.
