Sul de Minas is the historical heart of Brazilian coffee production. This hilly region in the south of the state of Minas Gerais, with altitudes ranging from 900 to 1200 meters, is characterized by a mild climate and an established coffee culture. It is home to hundreds of family farms, many of which have been involved in coffee for several generations. Local producers focus on stability and a classic profile, utilizing well-developed infrastructure for drying and processing the beans.

This lot is a regional Blend from several farms. To create it, Natural processing was used, in which coffee cherries are dried on large sun patios directly in their skin. This traditional method gives the coffee its characteristic density, low acidity, and high sweetness. The cup forms a classic, dessert-like profile with notes of milk chocolate, walnut, and sweet raisins.
